Hi Camille! Currently, completed "highlights" are pinned to the top, while other tasks follow a descending completion order. We're actually planning to change that behaviour, so all completed tasks are ordered by completion time, regardless of whether they were a "highlight".

We're also building better sorting and filtering tools for the Today screen, that will allow you to choose between ascending and descending views. Stay tuned for updates!
