Repeating Tasks actually repeat
Robin Mitra
Hey there, the way repeating tasks currently work is that completing a repeating task automatically creates the next one in the series.
Let's say you have a repeating task called "Check email" that repeats daily. If you don't complete today's "Check email" task then tomorrows task don't get created. And similarly, completing today's will then automatically create tomorrow's.
I think what you're requesting is similar to how habit trackers work, in that all future iterations of a repeating tasks should show on future dates. So in the above example, "Check email" would appear tomorrow, the day after, and so on, even if you don't complete today's "Check email" task. Let me know if I'm understanding your request correctly.
