Hi there, this was fixed a couple of months ago. We redesigned how the server sync works for lists, so you shouldn't need to clear the cache anymore. But please do let us know if you notice this issue again :)

Hey Lina, I was able to fix the issue by deleting the cache in this way:
- Delete the app (move it to the bin/trash)
- Delete the app's cache directory in Finder (open Finder, go to directory "~/Library/Containers" (see screenshot below) and move the directory "Do Everything" to the bin/trash)
- Install the app again from the App Store
